We are excited to announce the first year of the AIA Rochester Mentorship Program. This new program stems from the chapter's initiatives to engage with our membership and offer opportunities for growth to those within the industry.

We are inviting AIA Rochester members to join this program as mentors. This will later be followed by a call for mentees. Below you will find a link to a form to register as a mentor for the upcoming year.

Please complete the Mentor Form by August 8: Mentor Form

The program will run for the full year starting this fall with our kickoff event, tentatively scheduled for September 24. Mentor registrations will be completed prior to the event and made available for mentees to view. The event will provide the opportunity for prospective mentees to interact with and get to know available mentors prior to pairing with a mentor.

We highly encourage mentors to also engage as mentees in the program. We see the need for mentorship at all levels and there is no experience requirement to participate in either capacity. The only requirement for mentors to register is that you are a current AIA member. If you need assistance locating your AIA member number please reach out to Michelle Murnane or Kate Doyle.

Keep a look out for more information via email and social media as we continue the program kickoff.

Thank you for your consideration and we look forward to your participation in this program.
