For years, our industry has focused on digital delivery as the destination, emphasizing tools, models, platforms, and technology. But clients don't hire us to deliver technology. They hire us to deliver successful projects. The real conversation is not about digital delivery, but about project delivery enabled by digital capabilities. When we shift our focus from the technology itself to the outcomes it creates, we unlock greater value, better decisions, reduced risk, and stronger project performance. This presentation explores why digital should not be viewed as a separate discipline, but as an integral part of how we plan, design, deliver, and operate projects successfully.
Held in the fall, this meeting is a review of all the events held by AIA Rochester held in the previous year. It’s also a time to thank our members/sponsors for their support and acknowledge our volunteers. We present the chapter’s Honor Awards and enjoy a keynote speaker.
