AIA Rochester Mentorship Program Announces 2027 Call for Mentees

The AIA Rochester Mentorship Program is now accepting applications for mentees for the 26/27 program year! This new program stems from the chapter’s initiative to engage with our membership and offer opportunities for growth to those within the industry.
Below you will find a link to apply to be a mentee within the program for the upcoming year. We will be accepting as many mentees as possible based on the number of mentors we have in the program. This program is open to all within the communities AIA Rochester serves and applicants are not required to be an AIA member.
Please complete the Mentee Application Form by October 23rd.
This program will run for the full year starting this fall with our kickoff event. During this event, accepted mentees will have the opportunity to meet each mentor and talk to them about a potential mentor partnership. Following the in person event, mentees will submit their choices for a mentor. Every effort will be made to pair mentees with their preferred mentor and notifications will be issued following the event.
We also understand that needs as a mentee may change, so a pairing does not need to be a permanent decision. As careers and goals change, so does what you need from a mentor.
While we unfortunately won't be able to accept every application this year, the program is planned to run on a yearly basis and applicants can reapply.
If there are any questions please reach out to Kate Doyle.
Sincerely,
The Mentorship Program Taskforce
