Join Laura Cooney, AIA for a summary of significant changes to the upcoming editions of NYS Uniform & Energy Codes, which are anticipated to be adopted on or around October 1, 2025. This course is set up in two 3-hour parts to cover the major changes between the current 2020 and the 2025 adopted NYS Building Code, including a summary of the major changes between the 2009 and 2017 editions of the ICC A117.1 with Supplement 1, as well as significant changes in the upcoming Existing Building, Residential, and Energy Codes, plus a brief summary of major Plumbing, Mechanical, and Fuel Gas Codes changes.
