The presentation will cover many aspects of the roofing industry as a whole. We will discuss how we approach projects today. What we need to consider & evaluate in order to make the best decision for the owner and the building. We will cover the different system options available today as well as roof membrane choices including single ply membranes, SBS modified membranes & liquid applied systems. The presentation will review the importance of edge metal systems, code compliance and warranty options. 

PAIGE HOLENBECK Paige Holenbeck is a Rochester, NY native and graduated from Saint John Fisher College with a bachelor’s degree. She joined Cannan, Alexander & Scott in 2008. She is a current Rochester Chapter CSI board member and working on becoming a registered roof observer. Paige is responsible for roof garden sales and systems as well as supporting single ply & SBS Modified Bitumen system sales and applications. She also handles marketing, sales administration & architectural and building owner relations.
