Giant Sculptures Made of Canned Food November 10th through 23rd at The Strong National Museum of PlayCanstruction® is a unique nonprofit organization that holds annual design-build competitions to build giant sculptures made from canned food.Â

The 2019 theme for sculptures is Heroes + Villains!
​
After the sculptures are built and winners are declared in several categories, the sculptures remain on display for two weeks. At the close of the competition, all of the food is donated to Foodlink. To date, Canstruction Rochester has donated 370,000 pounds of food.
