About the Event
Are you thinking about starting the Architect Registraton Exam (ARE)? Are you currently in architecture school or recently graduated and want to know more about the path to licensure? Are you in the middle of studying for the ARE and need some motivation? Have you been licensed for a while and want to test your knowledge on the ARE 5.0 exam material? This is a continuation of previous courses and will cover additional material/questions.
1.5 AIA LU
Learning Objective 1: Apply material from the Practice Management and Project Management divisions of the A.R.E; including construction contract laws, legal aspects, insurance, laws & regulations and life safety.
Learning Objective 2: Apply content from the Project Planning & Design divisions of the A.R.E including Accessibility, Building design, Energy efficiency, Fire safety/detection, and Structural issues.
Learning Objective 3: Apply content from the Construction & Evaluation divisions if the A.R.E including construction administration and post-construction phases of a project, job site; meeting with contractors, clients, and building officials; and punching lists.
Learning Objective 4: Apply material learned through these trivia questions as support material and guidance for taking the ARE Exam.
Learning Objective 5: Explain and discuss ARE concepts in an informed way and analyze changes made in the ARE 5.0 format. Licensure candidates will be able to identify strengths and weaknesses within exam preparation to more effectively study for the ARE divisions.
